RETURN POLICY:
We fully guarantee everything we sell.  Games with our stickers on them are guaranteed for three (3) days.  If, within three days from the date on your receipt, you discover anything wrong with them we will gladly replace the game with another one of the exact same title as long as our stickers are still in-tact.  In the rare event that we are unable to replace with same title, we reserve the right to substitute a different title for same or lesser value.

Our systems are guaranteed for seven (7) days from date of purchase.  Before purchasing systems from us, we plug them in and put games in them to make sure they work.  After you are satisfied, we will complete the sale and put our guarantee stickers on them.  Should anything happen to them within seven days from the date of purchase on the receipt, we will fix them at no cost to you.  If we are unable to fix them, then we will replace them at no cost to you. 

To satisfy our internet customers, we take photos or videos of the systems we ship to you so you can see that they work before we put our guarantee stickers on them.  Should anything happen to them within seven days from the date on our Delivery Confirmation slip, we will fix them at no cost to you.  If we are unable to fix them, then we will replace them at no cost to you or provide you with store credit in the amount of half of their retail value (amount paid for item on receipt).

We reserve the right to provide store credit in the amount of half of the items' retail value (half of the amount paid on receipt).  Removal or tampering with our stickers voids our guarantee.

AMOUNT WE PAY FOR USED GAMES:
For games purchased elsewhere, we pay up to twenty percent (20%) more than the stores in the malls pay -depending on the condition of the games being presented to us, whether or not they include the books and cases, and our inventory needs.  Also, to thank our customers for shopping with us, on top of the up to twenty percent more, we also pay an additional ten percent (10%) when we see our sticker on the games that our customers purchased from us and beat; that is a possible thirty percent increase over what the mall stores would pay!  Plus, we also buy games for EVERY system ever made!
