PRE-ORDERS
For our customers who definitely want the newest games as soon as they will be released, we gladly pre-order those titles ---at lower prices than stores in the malls and the well known "discount" stores charge!  Also, whenever possible, we give a free gift with each pre-order!

Due to popular demand, we now carry the newest titles for the same discounted price described above and we include the free gift while supplies last!

The customers who can wait a week or so for the newest games can find used copies on our shelves for significantly less than what the stores in the malls and the well known “discount” super stores charge.  If we still have any of the free gifts, we will also include them with the purchase of these games.

AMOUNT WE PAY FOR USED GAMES:
For games purchased elsewhere, we pay up to twenty percent (20%) more depending on the condition of the games being presented to us, whether or not they include the books and cases, and our inventory needs.  Also, to thank our customers for shopping with us, we pay an additional ten percent (10%) when we see our sticker on the games that our customers purchased from us and beat.

RETURN POLICY:
We fully guarantee everything we sell.  Games with our stickers on them are guaranteed for thirty (30) days.  If, within thirty days from the date on your receipt, you discover anything wrong with them we will gladly replace the game with another one of the exact same title only.

Our systems are guaranteed for sixty (60) days from date of purchase.  Before purchasing systems from us, we plug them in and put games in them to make sure they work.  After you are satisfied, we will complete the sale and put our guarantee stickers on them.  Should anything happen to them within sixty days from the date of purchase on the receipt, we will fix them at no cost to you.  If we are unable to fix them, then we will replace them at no cost to you. 

To satisfy our internet customers, we take photos or videos of the systems we ship to you so you can see that they work before we put our guarantee stickers on them.  As stated above, should anything happen to them within sixty days from the date of purchase on the receipt, we will fix them at no cost to you.  If we are unable to fix them, then we will replace them at no cost to you.
