This page is used to sell games we just aquired, either through a trade in or a purchase.

What exactly is a "Shopped Game"?

There are 3 types of video games

1: Showroom Quality Restorations

These machines have been restored to thier original glory. Everything about the machie has been looked over, refinished, restored or refurbished. The cabinets are in conditions ranging from very nice to near mint (mint isnt possible with 30 yr old games, but we do our best!).Everything on the game works as it should, and all buttons, joysticks, and controllers are all new. Power supplies have been replaced and usally the monitors are rebuilt.

2: Shopped Games

A Shopped game is when we aquire a machine from a trade in or we purchase a title we like and put it in our rental fleet. If a customer wants, we can have it fully restored. These games go thru a shop inspection, everything is looked over, and all issues are corrected. They usally have one or more issues when they arrive. They all get corrected to be ready for rental. These games Are in full workng order. The cabinets on these games are usally in rough shape. They are not attractive and we did not attempt to work on the cosmetics of this catagory. This will keep the price down as you will get a fully working game at a fraction of the cost of a restored game, but the cabinets are usally unattraactive.

3: Used Games:

WE DO NOT SELL "USED GAMES". Why? Becasue almost always, when we get these games traded in they have issues. Usally more than one.When you buy a "used" game from someone on FLEA-BAY Or Craigslist your getting a 30 year old car. That car is sure to break down at some point, thus costing you more in repairs (if you can find the parts), then the "savings" you got on that "great deal". Look, we see tons of games online for $400 bucks. if you want to by a "as-Is" game and save a few hundred bucks Be our guest. Since we dont work on games we havent sold we dont mind if you "take a chance". do you think that game in someones garage was ever shopped, maintnanced, or upgraded? This is the low end of the catagory and we simply refuse to deal in it. if you want crap, this is not the shop for you! We are known at the high end of the field becasue we do it right the first time. So you pay a little more up front, and you pay for the effort the shop has put in to make your game purchase an enjoyable one, knowing all the details have been looked over and all issues corrected before it arrives at your door. (shipping not withstanding).
